How the process works
Submit your house plan
Bring your approved house plan or allow our team to assist with creating a suitable construction package. We review: house design; size and specifications; finishes required; your construction goals.
Site visit & project assessment
A physical site visit is conducted to assess your building location, access, conditions and requirements. Site visit fee: $25. The site assessment helps us prepare an accurate quotation based on your actual project conditions.
Receive your detailed quotation
Construction scope; materials and finishes included; project duration; payment schedule; construction stages. The quotation must be reviewed and accepted before any work begins.
Apply for the Payment Terms Program
Required documentation: copy of National ID / Passport; proof of residence; proof of income or ability to meet monthly payments; employment confirmation or business details (where applicable); proof of land ownership or legal authority to build; approved building plans (where required); any other documents required during assessment.
Approval & agreement
Payment terms agreed; deposit requirements confirmed; monthly instalments documented; construction agreement signed. Both the client and Realify Construction receive clear responsibilities and protection before construction starts.
Construction & progress monitoring
Construction begins according to the approved plan and agreement. Clients receive updates on progress while payments are made according to the agreed schedule. Changes to the approved design or additional work are discussed and approved separately.
Final inspection & key handover
Final inspection completed; agreed works verified; outstanding agreed payments confirmed; project handover completed.
